When Documents are not returned with the SoftPro system. A Few questions we should check with them at the moment.
First thing Make sure to Check STX that there is sps-id is there.
1) Is the order closed for a few minutes to allow the document to populate?
2) Does ShortTrack have a dedicated seat/user?
3) If multiple people are reporting it suddenly stopped, it could mean the service needs to be restarted (contact IT)
Checked the browser and devices.
