Problem: The user is not able to see the completed/signed document.
Action: Instruct them to always make sure that the order has been closed for about 5 minutes. (ShortTrack needs the order closed in order to transfer the document)
If they said the order was closed over 5min. They need to request their IT to reset their servers to push the documents back to them.

Note: in case they need the doc urgent. They can always access secure to download it from there.
